Bot Manager stores account details, enquiries, uploaded documents, conversations and connection credentials needed to operate your workspace. Encrypted provider credentials are used on the server to access the services you connect.

How information is used

Approved documents support replies. Workspace permissions control access to client information. Connected messaging, advertising and email providers receive information needed for actions enabled in your workspace, under their own privacy policies.

Website requests and cookies

The request form stores your contact details and chosen services for our team to review. Submitting it does not subscribe you to marketing or create a client account. The portal uses an essential session cookie and browser storage for workspace preferences. This website does not load advertising trackers.

Access and deletion requests

Contact the person who created your workspace to request access, correction, export or deletion of your data. If you are not yet a client, use the website request form and describe your request. Do not send passwords or API keys.
